Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday)
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Standard Delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express Delivery (Available in select cities):

  • 1-2 business days
  • Additional charges apply

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: ₹50-₹100 (based on location and weight)
  • Express delivery: ₹150 additional
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via email and SMS
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order anytime on our website using your order number.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and local logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Issues

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You will be notified via SMS/email for each attempt
  • If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

Wrong Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout
  • Address changes can be made within 24 hours of order placement
  • After dispatch, address changes are not possible

Damaged During Shipping:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • Report any damage within 24 hours with photos to support@onesoil.in
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable for delivery after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

A refund will be issued minus the shipping charges incurred by us.

For bulk orders exceeding ₹25,000, please contact us at orders@onesoil.in for special shipping arrangements and rates.
