1. Refund Policy

Our Commitment
At OneSoil, we are committed to providing high-quality organic and agricultural products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Perishable products (fresh produce, seeds with broken seals) cannot be returned unless defective
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable goods that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@onesoil.in within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the product back using our provided shipping label
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at support@onesoil.in with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- No return shipping charges will apply for defective items
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, standard refund policies apply.
