1. Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At OneSoil, we are committed to providing high-quality organic and agricultural products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Perishable products (fresh produce, seeds with broken seals) cannot be returned unless defective
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods that have been opened or used
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@onesoil.in within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the product back using our provided shipping label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@onesoil.in with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • No return shipping charges will apply for defective items

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, standard refund policies apply.
